Day of Code

CSB offers an exciting event "Day of Code" to its students to play, experience and explore foundational computer science principles and technologies.

Calling all future coders, computer science whizzes, and web surfers!

The California School for the Blind (CSB) is excited to host Day of Code, a thrilling opportunity for students to play, experience, and explore foundational computer science principles and technologies. Most exciting of all, representatives from American Printing House (APH) and Humanware will be on campus to lead activities. We are offering three activity blocks throughout the day. Come for one. Come for all. Your choice.

To account for transportation, schedules, and student interest, this event has been designed so that visitors can attend one activity block, or all activity blocks. Join when you can. There will be activities for beginning, intermediate, and advanced skill sets.

For a sneak peak at the types of activities featured during this event, check out our Computer Science Curriculum.
