Bridge Program
The Bridge Program is geared toward our adult students between the ages of 18-22 that display an Independent skill set.
Our focus is to provide students with challenges and opportunities for group/individual living, while expected to take on more responsibility. Bridge also provides a realistic experience for students to develop and refine their daily living skills.
Combined residential and educational support allows students in the Bridge program to be more independent in the following areas:
- Budgeting
- Personal Shopping
- Meal Planning
- Maintaining Accurate Financial Records
- Cooking Skills
- Awareness of Community Resources
- Personal Hygiene
The goal of the Bridge participants is to become independent after graduating our program and to thrive in their new living environment.
