- K-6th Grades
- Small group instruction
- Language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies
- Tied to Common Core State Standards
- Accessible curriculum throughout the school day including tactile graphics
Infused with instruction in braille, assistive technology, daily living skills (DLS), and social skills
Emphasis on experiential learning through cooking, gardening, and fieldtrips (i.e. NASA, horseback riding, local farm, ferry ride, redwood forest) - Supported by IEP team and CSB staff including psychologist, speech and language pathologist, and occupational therapist
