Summer Transition Education Program (S.T.E.P.)This is a cooperative program between the Department of Rehabilitation and the California School for the Blind. STEP is a program for public high school or college bound visually impaired, blind and deaf-blind students. These students must be clients of the Department of Rehabilitation.
