The Adapted Physical Education program has both a community based program, and an "on campus" component.

In the community, the students learn hiking, bowling, ice-skating, fitness training, and boating. The students learn to canoe, kayak, and stand up paddle in the pool setting prior to going to a local lake.

On campus activities include: swimming, water aerobics, roller-skating, in-line skating, gymnastic activities and many more physical activities.

Sports include: goal ball, beep baseball, beeping kickball, tennis and tandem bike riding.

In the fitness center, the students learn: weight training, elliptical, spin bikes, treadmills and row machines.

The California State standards for Physical Education are included as well as state testing.
