Crossing Guards at CSB

CSB has school crossing guards!  These students are nominated and trained by their O&M instructors for the important job of assisting other students in crossing a busy campus driveway before and after school.  The crossing guards have the opportunity to use crucial O&M skills related to listening, concepts, time management, cane skills and organization.  They wear regulation orange vests and hold real stop signs.  The crossing guards are careful to regulate pedestrian traffic, not vehicular traffic.  These students serve as role models for younger, less experienced O&M students.
